Residential Home Managers

We are currently recruiting experienced, child focused, Residential Home Managers to compliment our existing team of professionals across Kent. The successful candidates will be able to prove a successful career to date in residential childcare at a supervisory or management level.


In addition to having the attributes necessary to lead a team of Residential Workers, the role requires an up-to-date working knowlege of:

  • The needs of children and young people with complex social, emotional and/or behavioural problems
  • Quality Standards for Residential Children's Homes
  • The Ofsted Inspection Process
  • Supervision
  • Effective report writing and recording
  • All relevant legislation pertaining to residential children's homes and the children's care sector.

In addition to a salary of up to £38,000 (according to qualifications and experience), the successful candidates will benefit from the support of an experienced Senior Management team and comprehensive wraparound services including health, therapy and education.
