With the pending retirement of our long-term manager Ethelbert Fostering Services (EFS) are now recruiting for her replacement.
EFS are an established, family owned and Ofsted “good” rated IFA currently with 35 families caring for 60 children with a team of 8 highly motivated social workers plus a supporting administration and ancillary team. EFS is incorporated with Ethelbert Children’s Services providing comprehensive residential, education, health and therapy services.
The organisation is stable and has a strong presence in the market and the staff team are passionate and dedicated to providing best outcomes for children and young people.
The position will be based at the agency head office in Ramsgate and provides a service within Kent, East Sussex, Essex and SE London and is a full-time and permanent position.
Salary is between £45000 – £60000 dependant on experience plus additional benefits.
